Delivery

Provided that the product ordered by the customer is available and we receive the order before 2:00 PM on the same day, and after the relevant checks have been carried out and the order confirmed, then the order will be dispatched within two working days. If we receive the order after 2:00 PM, then it will be dispatched within three working days from the completion of the relevant checks and confirmation of the order. In the event that the product is not available, the order remains pending and our company will contact the customer regarding the estimated availability time of the product or its replacement or cancellation.

Our products are delivered only in Greece via the ACS courier company. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Our company does not deliver products to minors or to persons under guardianship without the written consent – authorization of the persons exercising their care. Delivery to a post office box is also not possible.

The address declared by the customer must be real and valid. In case of absence from the declared address or any change in the details of their declared address, the customer is responsible for timely notification of the courier, otherwise they will be charged the additional cost of the courier's re-delivery attempt.

Our company is not responsible for any delays due to the operation of the courier company or their arrangements with the customer, or in case of the customer's negligence to communicate with them, or due to any strikes and force majeure events.

Until delivery, our company remains the owner of the products and they travel at our company's risk. In case of loss of the package, a new product is sent, if available, otherwise a refund is issued.

Upon delivery, you will need to sign for receipt of your order. If you are absent, you must ensure that someone is present to sign for receipt of the goods. Otherwise, you will need to contact ACS to arrange another delivery time. You can also add special delivery instructions during the ordering process.
