Payments

The customer chooses the payment method when placing their order.
The following payment methods are available:

• by debit or credit card (Visa, Master Card)
  
• via PayPal
• by bank transfer to our Company's bank account
• via IRIS
  

In the case of payment by credit card, upon receipt of your order, a predefined pre-authorization of your credit card is performed in a secure environment to ascertain that there is sufficient balance. Products are not dispatched before the completion of this pre-authorization. Our company reserves the right to request additional verification details from the cardholder. If your debit or credit card is not accepted, you will be informed accordingly so that you can contact your Bank, and the order will be cancelled.

Specifically, in the case of payment by bank transfer or IRIS: after you receive confirmation of product availability and the earliest possible shipping date from our Company, the shipment will take place after you send by e-mail or fax the proof of deposit of the order amount to our Company's account, maintained at the banks listed below, within 5 days from the order confirmation.

Until then, the product is included in your order and remains reserved. If this deadline passes, your order will be automatically cancelled.

The customer receives the payment receipt upon delivery of their order.
