Returns

The company owes you all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller.

Specifically, in case of a defect in the product we sell you, you can (a) request its repair without charge, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate expenses, or its replacement with another, or (b) withdraw from the contract.

The above obligations of our Company cease if the defect has been caused by you, or the returned product bears dirt, damage, scratches, creases and generally gives the impression that it has been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its suitability, or by force majeure in a narrow or broad sense.

In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and delivery receipts. You must exercise your above rights within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of your products, and this deadline starts from the day after receipt and in any case, you must have returned the product to us within this period.

A refund is made exclusively in case of proven inability to repair the problem within two (2) working days from its return to our company. Refunds are made strictly within five (5) working days, starting from the day after the ascertainment of the inability to repair the problem. After the expiration of the aforementioned period, no refund is provided by the company. In the case of a refund, the return costs are borne by the consumer. If the refund is made to an account of another bank, the customer bears the bank charges.

In case of loss of the product, you have the right to withdraw from its purchase and we will refund any money you have paid for its purchase.

If we have processed your order incorrectly (wrong product, price, etc.), you must inform us immediately at the following contact details: Phone: (+30) 2310 828 880 or Email: info@poufanflouf.com. We also inform you that the risk of loss or damage to the products is borne by the company until you or a third party you designate as competent to receive the products on your behalf (other than the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods, at which point this risk is then transferred to you. However, the risk is transferred to you from the delivery of your purchased products to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by you to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by our company, without prejudice to your rights against the carrier.
